The Role
We're seeking a savvy retail operator who can excel in a fast-paced management environment. You'll oversee all aspects of store operations while driving sales performance and developing your team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff rostering and wage budget management
Stock control, ordering and inventory optimization
Visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Budget achievement and KPI performance tracking
Team development and performance management
Customer service excellence and sales growth initiatives
Essential Requirements
Experience & Skills:
Proven retail store management experience (essential)
Strong merchandising flair with attention to visual presentation
Sales-driven approach with demonstrated KPI achievement
Experience in rostering staff within wage budgets
Stock ordering and inventory management expertise
Team leadership and performance management capabilities
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
POS system proficiency
Upbeat, friendly personality with natural motivational abilities
Preferred:
Previous experience in discount variety retail sector
Track record in high-volume retail environments
