Seeking 2 experienced Senior Network Engineers/ Architects to support major infrastructure programs. These roles are critical to delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing network environments.

You’ll play a key role in the upkeep of our client’s network infrastructure, lead technical delivery on transformation projects, and provide expert guidance across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and own the design, build and configuration of Client’s Cisco-based network infrastructure and enterprise firewall estate (Check Point & Palo Alto).
• Act as the principal decision-maker for network architecture setup, configuration standards, testing and ongoing support across project and Business As Usual (BAU) teams.

Network Operations & Security Management

• Implement and hand over new gateway and firewall capabilities into operations, working in tandem with project managers and service-delivery teams.
• Define, publish and enforce network policies, processes and standards to ensure compliance and SLA adherence.

Cost Optimisation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to rationalise and optimise network service delivery costs through design enhancements and automation.
• Research emerging networking technologies and provide high-level advice on their applicability to improve resilience, performance and security.

Governance & Standards

• Develop, maintain and audit enterprise-wide technical policies, standards and procedures for network and security infrastructure.

Must have experience in:

• Network Architecture & Core Routing
• WAN/LAN design, Cisco Virtual Switching (VXLAN/VPC), Multi-Chassis EtherChannel (MEC).
• Data-centre fabric design.
• Security & Access Control.
• Support design and implementation of enterprise firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto), secure gateway configurations and DMZ segmentation.
• Expertise in VPN technologies, remote access control and high-availability firewall clustering.
• Wireless LAN (controller-based), load-balancing (F5 or equivalent), enterprise DNS/DHCP and RADIUS/LDAP authentication services.
• High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD), rigorous test-plan development, performance tuning and root-cause analysis
