THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll work directly alongside our Director, James O’Reilly, supporting advice strategy and delivery for new and existing members. This role is tailor-made for an ambitious Associate who’s ready to step up - supported every step of the way on the path to becoming a full-fledged Advisor within 12–18 months.

In this role, you’ll:

Collaborate on complex strategies and advice delivery

Prepare and participate in member meetings with our Advisory team

Liaise with our Member Services team to ensure smooth, high-impact member reviews

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

Has 12+ months’ experience as an Associate Advisor in a financial advice firm

Understands a wide range of strategies (incl. SMSFs, investment structuring, insurance, etc.)

Is confident with XPLAN and the MS Suite

Has completed (or is near completing) tertiary education requirements (PY highly regarded)

Has strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude
