As a result of continued growth, we're now seeking a Senior Accountant who is ready to develop client relationships, mentor others, and grow within the firm.

You are a CA or CPA-qualified professional with several years of experience in public practice. You are confident prepare and administer complex family groups entities independently, and you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You will have demonstrated capability to;

· Prepare complex Tax Returns & Financial Reports for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships & Individuals

· Manage client groups under the direction of the Team Manager & Client Director

· Review work of onshore and offshore team members, providing clear and constructive feedback

· Assist and coach junior staff, identifying training needs

· Handle client queries via email and phone with sound communication & presentation skills, becoming a trusted second point of contact to the client

· Take initiative in the deliverable of jobs & in presenting to the client

Skills & Experience:

· Degree-qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a public practice tax and exposure to advisory services

· Demonstrated ability to display critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

· Demonstrable ability to review the work of others

· Proficient in Xero, MYOB and converting data into Financial Statements.

· Strong knowledge of Tax & GST legislation, including Division 7A, CGT and trust distributions

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage your time and work independently

· Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
