About the role

Join the team at Ryan Roofing Australia as a full-time Metal Roofing Tradesman in our Carrara, Queensland location. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for the skilled installation of metal roofing systems on residential and commercial properties across the region.

What you'll be doing

Measure, cut, and install metal roofing materials to precise specifications

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure a high-quality, tailored finish

Collaborate with other tradesmen to ensure efficient and coordinated project delivery

Maintain a safe and tidy worksite at all times

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment

Contribute to continuous improvement of our processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Qualifications in Metal Roofing

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in metal roofing installation

Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety best practices

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
