Current and Ongoing Role + Seasonal 3 month position (Christmas)

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and box gifts with meticulous attention to detail.

Handle local and interstate freight allocation, including POD (Proof of Delivery) and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) requests.

Assist in stock ordering and receipt processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Plan for large dispatches, participate in pre-packing, and contribute to Christmas production planning.

Assist in packing gifts & hampers as required.

You will need:

Admin or Warehouse experience

Must be able to take initiative and work autonomously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented with good organisational skills

Effective working in a busy environment and meeting deadlines

Safety focused approach to work

Basic Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel, Adobe Illustrator & basic email skills and confident in learning new WMS and courier booking portals.

Team focused

Excellent time management

Desire to support the team and be hands-on when required

You will be ask to do additional hours during peak periods

Preferably but not essential to have worked in the gifting/ hamper industry before
