Resource Industry Network is currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, team player to be our Events and Membership Officer. The full-time role is based in our Mackay office and will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing members, growing the membership base, and creating new value add member services. As well as delivering an exciting and innovative events program.

Experience/Qualifications

· Coordinate all aspects of RIN events

· Develop and execute member retention and recruitment strategies

· High level of communication skills

· Active listening and attention to detail

· Strong organisational skills

· Works well under pressure

· High level of initiative

· Strong computer skills across a range of software packages

· Accuracy in all data entry

· Ability to contribute solutions to the growth and sustainability of the organization

· Ability to work effectively within a small, not for profit team

You must be an Australian permanent resident.

We are offering a permanent full-time position with a salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
