About Us - Talking Matters is a division of the Torrens Health group. This connection provides our team with access to a strong network, streamlined systems and opportunity for career development across a range of health services.

We employ passionate, fun & committed Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to work with children with a wide variety of developmental & learning needs aged from 0 to 18 years. Our services are provided either in our well-resourced clinics in Elizabeth Downs & Christie Downs or within schools, preschools or homes & include individual & group therapy.

Our Graduate Experiences-

"The Talking Matters graduate program has allowed me to become a confident speech pathologist. I feel that I have been very well supported by the entire team and that my workload has grown in line with my development as a clinician. The fortnightly ‘lunch and learn’ sessions for all new graduates provides a platform to learn about a range of clinical and operational topics. I would strongly recommend choosing Talking Matters as a new graduate!" Chris - Speech Pathology New Graduate, 2025

“Joining Talking Matters as a new graduate meant I was immediately connected with other passionate and down to earth new graduates who are on the same journey. From day one, I felt welcomed into a team that genuinely prioritises clinician mental health and wellbeing. The support, connection and shared experiences have made this transition not only feel less overwhelming but also empowering” – Tori, Occupational Therapy New Graduate 2025
