The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to shape and lead our busy quoting and tenders department. You’ll be at the forefront of enhancing estimation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate cost estimates and manage tender submissions

Conduct final review and quality assurance of all quotes

Design and implement quoting policies and procedures to boost efficiency

Interface regularly with project teams, operations, and stakeholders

Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years’ experience in estimating, tender preparation, or estimating leadership—preferably within commercial maintenance, construction, or civil sectors

Trade or technical background with strong industry knowledge

Proficiency in estimating platforms such as BuildSoft, Bluebeam, or equivalent

Advanced communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail, methodical approach, and ability to perform under pressure

Initiative-driven, customer‑focused mindset with a collaborative yet autonomous working style

Strong organisational ability and a “can‑do” attitude

Willingness to undergo a Police Check and obtain a QLD Blue Card
