Day-to-Day in the Role:

• Full admin support.
• Initially, the position will involve working independently, but you will have great support from a team of other OTs.
• Enjoy the flexibility to design your day with a minimum of billed hours, and designated time each week for documenting.
• Peer support and full admin assistance will be provided.
• Work with all ages but primary focus on paediatric and young adult clients.
• New graduates will receive weekly mentoring, while experienced staff enjoy greater autonomy and ongoing support.
• Clinical-based role.

Ideal Candidate will:

• Be based in Ipswich or open to relocating.
• Able to work independently but also collaborate effectively within a supportive team.
• AHPRA registration is required.
• Be committed to building strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Be friendly, supportive, and kind, this personality that aligns with the team's culture.
