What you'll be doing:

Leading carpentry and site-based works on high-quality renovations and custom homes

Reading and interpreting detailed plans and construction documentation

Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other carpenters on site

Working closely with the Supervisor / Project Manager to keep jobs on track and solve problems before they become issues

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-run site

Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior carpenters

Ensuring quality workmanship and finishes throughout the project

What we’re looking for:

Qualified carpenter with at least 5 years experience in residential construction

Strong technical skillset across all stages of a build

Natural communicator – someone who can work with clients, subbies and the team without drama

Capable of managing trades and site activity when required

Someone who cares about the detail and doing things right the first time

White Card, own tools, driver’s licence

QBCC licence a bonus (but not essential)
