About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Irrigator who's eager to grow their skills in the dynamic world of berry farming. Whether you have experience as an irrigator or years of experience in agriculture, if you're motivated and ready to work, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Operate and maintain a computerised hydroponic system

Assist with installing and upgrading irrigation infrastructure

Monitor irrigation performance and report any issues to the Irrigation Manager

Perform routine maintenance: flushing lines, treating water, checking drippers, fixing leaks

Work closely with our horticulture team to make informed decisions about plant health

Mix and stocktake fertilisers

What We Are Looking For

Some experience in irrigation or experience in agriculture

Comfortable and proficient with computers

ChemCert (or willingness to obtain it)

Strong communication skills

Reliable, proactive, and capable working independently or in a team

Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Partial Weekend availability
