We’re working with a standout firm in Parramatta that’s dominating across both commercial and construction litigation and taking home serious silverware from the Lawyers Weekly Awards.

They’re now looking for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to run a mix of premium disputes, everything from complex contract matters and SOPA claims to regulatory and insolvency litigation.

You’ll be trusted with high-quality files, work closely with hands-on Directors, and actually enjoy coming to work (crazy, we know).

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Run premium commercial & construction litigation matters
• Act in contract disputes, SOPA, business torts, regulatory issues
• Draft pleadings, submissions, affidavits & correspondence
• Appear in court, mediations, arbitrations, tribunals
• Deliver clear, strategic advice to clients
• Work alongside a smart, supportive litigation team
• Keep across updates in legislation & case law

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Admitted in NSW
• 2–10+ years' experience in commercial or construction litigation
• Strong advocacy & drafting skills ✍️
• Commercially minded with a strategic approach
• Team player, outcome-focused
• Track record of delivering great results
