About the role:

• Manage and assist on complex litigation matters across multiple sectors.
• Provide expert advice on commercial disputes, risk mitigation, and litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, legal correspondence, and submissions with precision.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and partners on significant and high-stakes cases.

The ideal candidate:

• Admitted to practice in Australia with 2-10 years of PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong experience in corporate disputes, insolvency, class actions, and regulatory matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• A proactive and client-focused approach with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
