Join Our Team as a full time Visual Merchandiser!

Are you passionate about design, creativity and bringing products to life? Our newsagencies, specializing in gifts, soft toys and souvenirs, are looking for a Senior Visual Merchandiser to join our existing team and create captivating displays that draw in customers and foster memorable shopping experiences.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement eye-catching displays that showcase our products (without planograms).

Rapid-fire changing of displays depending on stock flows.

Keep up with trends to ensure our store layouts feel fresh and engaging.

Collaborate/coordinate with store managers and our product buyers to optimize product placement, customer flow and promotional activities.

Primarily focus on our stores in South-East Qld (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast) with occasional trips to Cairns and Darwin.

Move stock between stores as and when needed (van provided).

What We're Looking For:

A creative eye and a flair for storytelling through product displays.

At least 4 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably including gifts, soft toys or similar.

A positive attitude and a passion for retail environments.

A current driver’s license.

Full Australian working rights.

Physical fitness, as the work involves bending, lifting, and carrying stock up to 16 kg.

The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our store and buying personnel.

Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Whilst annual leave requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, given the nature of the role and our operational requirements its unlikely requests in the lead up to seasonal events (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day etc) will be approved.

A competitive full-time package of $75k ($37.45/hr) + super + bonus.
