• Stay local - Work within a 45-minute radius of East Maitland. We’ve got a pool car or BYO if you prefer
• Ongoing development - 2 paid CPD days each year, monthly supervision, regular peer support

What You’ll Do
As a Speech Pathologist at Avina, you’ll support clients across the lifespan with communication and/or mealtime needs. Your week will include:

• Assessment and intervention using evidence-informed strategies
• Goal-based therapy planning aligned to NDIS outcomes or other funding goals
• Coaching and collaboration with families, carers, educators, and support networks
• Capacity building in the places that matter most: homes, schools, communities
• Freedom to work your way - complete admin and reports from home
• Servicing your local area, not an hour away

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration
• Strong clinical skills and a proactive, flexible approach
• A genuine passion for making a difference - especially for people with disability
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Driver’s License and unrestricted Australian working rights
