Prestige Appliances is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our service and maintenance team repairing, installing and servicing domestic Whitegoods and Appliances. No experience working with domestic appliances is required as all required training will be provided on the job.

Prestige Appliances is South Australia's largest authorized and recommended service agent for most of the major European appliance brands. An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic Field Service Technician to join the Prestige Appliance team in a permanent, full time role.

We are currently looking for a Field Service Technician to join our expanding team. The role will involve performing high quality service repairs on domestic Whitegoods and Appliances.

Prestige Appliances is a growing business and this role offers a great opportunity to develop and step into other roles within our company in the future.

Job responsibilities will include;

Work from a daily run sheet completing in home repairs

High quality service, repairs and installations

Ensuring a positive experience for our loyal customers

Completion of paperwork and service invoices

Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements of the role will include;

Great attitude with a friendly and professional manner

Willingness and open minded to learn new skills

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Current and valid Australian Driver’s License

Ability to squat, kneel and twist frequently

Ability to push and pull varying weights

Previous Appliance experience (advantageous but not required as we provide extensive product training)
