About the role

As a Service Technician at Cade Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our cutting-edge technology solutions. Based in our Largs North, SA 5016 office, this full-time position will see you working closely with our customers to provide exceptional technical support and servicing.

What you'll be doing

Troubleshoot and diagnose all European Makes and Models.

Carry out Performance and preventative maintenance on customer Vehicles

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions on Performance jobs.

Maintain detailed records of all service activities and parts used

Running our Dyno upon in house training

Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Experience with European Vehicles,

Ability to want to learn new things within the Indsutry, Fit .

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly

Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment

Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to work independently or as part of a team

Relevant technical qualification or certification in a Technicians discipline
