About the role

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Casual Cleaner to join our small team at Jim's Cleaning St Lucia in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Casual Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our commercial and residential clients. This is a casual position with flexible working hours, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a flexible work arrangement.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining commercial and residential properties to the highest standards

Completing a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising

Ensuring all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role but not mandatory, we are more than happy to train you up (will need to train at a minimum of 2 weeks)

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

Strong time management and organisational skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A keen eye for identifying and addressing cleaning needs

Will need to have a licence

Must be able to pass a National Police Check
