Fish House Steak & Grill is the newest venture from the multi-award-winning Bella Venezia Restaurant Group, set to open in early August 2025 on the iconic Mooloolaba Spit.

We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Morning Cleaner to join our opening team. This is your chance to work in a brand-new venue and be part of something exciting from day one.

🕕 About the Role

Casual position

Shift times: 6:00am – 8:00am

Up to 5 mornings per week

Location: Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba Spit

Additional shifts available for candidates with kitchen hand experience

🧽 What We’re Looking For

Previous cleaning experience in a commercial or hospitality setting

High attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning shifts

Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and equipment

Bonus: Kitchen hand experience (additional shifts available)
