The Role:
As a Customer Contact Centre Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Out bound contact calls, SMS and emails
Providing accurate information about our products and services
Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Assisting with processing orders
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred but not essential)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems (desirable)
Excellent negotiating skills
