About the Role
The Manager, Organisational Development works in consultation with the Director, People, Culture and Resilience in the operational design of contemporary strategies and initiatives to drive employee engagement, workforce performance and culture. The role is accountable for leading a team to implement an organisational-wide program including leadership of diversity, equity and inclusion, learning & development and culture and engagement, using evidence-based approaches.

Our regionally dispersed workforce of around 800 staff work with our customers, the housing and homelessness sector and the broader community to provide better housing opportunities for South Australians.
Role Status
Long term contract up to 14 months.
Requirements
Desirable - Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, Change Management or related discipline.
Desirable - Formal accreditation in Prosci, Hogans or other psychometric / change assessment tools.

Special Conditions
Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.
