We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Press Brake & Roller Operator to join our growing fabrication team. If you have experience in metal fabrication, take pride in producing high-quality work, and want to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating CNC or manual press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal.

Using plate or road rollers to compact or shape metal and other materials.

Interpreting technical drawings and engineering specs to deliver precise outcomes.

Inspecting components to ensure they meet job requirements and tolerances.

Performing machine setup, maintenance, and safety checks.

Collaborating with fabricators, welders, and supervisors to hit production targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating press brake and/or roller machines.

Confidence reading engineering drawings and fabrication plans.

Familiarity with mild steel, stainless, aluminium, and different material thicknesses.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

A great work ethic and a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Forklift licence and overhead crane experience are a bonus.
