The Opportunity:

Focus predominantly on litigation and dispute resolution

Begin by working alongside senior practitioners, with a clear path to taking full responsibility for matters

Draft and manage complex disputes in the superior courts, with direct client exposure and strategic involvement

Grow into a leadership position, taking full ownership of matters within three to six months (depending on your skill set and experience)

Operate in a high-trust environment with true flexibility—including no in-office requirement on Fridays

What You’ll Bring:

Experienced in litigation and dispute resolution

Demonstrated ability to draft pleadings, affidavits, and other core court documents in superior jurisdictions

Confidence in managing matters independently or with minimal supervision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a proactive, commercially minded approach

Earning Potential:

Base salary of $140K–$160K, depending on experience

Structured performance-based bonuses tied to matter value and contribution
