We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to be trained as an Assistant Equipment Finance Broker to join our dynamic team and fun loving team.

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.

Previous experience in Equipment Finance or customer service is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Tasks & responsibilities

Key responsibilities include assisting with finance applications, conducting preliminary client assessments, liaising with clients for documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with lenders, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior brokers in preparing and processing finance applications.

Conduct preliminary assessments of client needs and financial status.

Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

Coordinate with lenders and financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the financing process.

Liaise with accountants, suppliers, referral sources throughout the transaction.

Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Office Duties as needed.
