About the role:

You'll be the first point of contact when managing inbound enquiries/leads and your main responsibility will be to filter out the time wasters, and converting engaged clients.

• Providing efficient, reliable and excellent customer service to all new enquiries and existing accounts
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customer base to assist in the development of potential new business.
• Meeting clients on site and handling quotes
• Sourcing and securing new customers in order to grow your customer list
• Effectively managing relationships with suppliers to ensure the most effective financial outcomes are achieved
• Go out on site to estimate and quote jobs on site
• CRM and database management

What we're looking for:

• Preferable have selling experience in the building solutions industry (fencing, scaffolding, tiling, bricklaying, building, construction etc.)
• Ability to problem solve to find win/win solutions
• Reliable, trustworthy and have a positive 'can do attitude'
• Be persuasive, with a high level of customer awareness
• Computer literate and experience working with CRM's

Our client is a very well-established asbestos & demolition company that's been in business for over a decade. With the success of the company, it is now undergoing a major reconstruction with a brand-new office/warehouse being completed in the coming months and is looking for a Sales Representative to take lead and manage the influx of inbound enquiries/phone calls.
