We serve customers in store, over the phone as well as online and our delivery fleet transits thousands of plants around the country.

We are seeking a new GARDEN DESIGN ASSISTANT !

What we need from you…

Friendly and bright personality

Good computer skills required including experience with zoom for online meetings

Horticulture knowledge or interest in plants desirable

Ability to multitask

Previous Sales experience desirable

Keeping meeting within time allocation with prompt starting and finishing times

What you will be doing ….

Greet customers

Making presentations for each customer which includes photos of property

Providing the customer brief to Chris prior to meeting

Assisting to provide and display plants photos of those being discussed

Ensure the design is captured and stored electronically

Creation of plant quote for the customer

Creation of mood board including photos of each plant selection

Time tracking to ensure design keeps to time allocation

Preference for candidates who can work 5 days a week from 9.00am - 5:30pm, which includes weekends.

Sales commissions available, plus casual rates-loading on weekends!

Successful candidates will be hired on a casual contract basis. Advertised pay rates will depend on the candidate's experience relevant to the role.
