Position: Garden Nursery and Landscape Team Member

Location: Mt Duneed, Victoria

Type: Casual – with potential for full-time

Pay: Nursery Award rates apply

Do you love plants, enjoy variety in your workday, and have a solid base of garden knowledge?

The Beach Willow Nursery is looking for a friendly, reliable all-rounder to join our team!

This casual role includes a mix of retail nursery work, off-site garden consultations, landscape and planting projects, and general gardening. We’re after someone who enjoys customer interaction as much as hands-on outdoor work. Weekend availability is essential, and there is opportunity for this position to become full-time for the right person.

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting customers with plant advice and garden inspiration.

Caring for stock, merchandising, and keeping the nursery looking great

Supporting off-site garden design consultations and plant selections

Participating in landscape and planting projects and general gardening tasks

We’re Looking For:

Solid plant knowledge and a passion for gardening

Friendly, proactive attitude with great customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Weekend and public holiday availability

Driver’s licence preferred for off-site work

Bonus Skills (Not Essential):

Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or garden design

Familiarity with retail or POS systems
