The opportunity

What will you bring

Experience in and with the Oil & Gas industry standards and procedures both onshore and offshore.

Energy, enthusiasm, self-drive and initiative, and a passion for Piping Design with solid understanding / knowledge

Responsibilities

Perform technical drafting and modelling work as directed by Lead Designer within allocated time, budget and quality constraints

Assist in developing and maintaining methods, documentation and systems

Assist in development and maintenance of standard drawings

Liaison with Clients

Liaison with Engineering department

Produce drawings, isometrics, line lists, material take-offs, 3D models and other required drafting deliverables

Attend weekly (or as required is required by projects / discipline lead) team meeting

Manage small drafting projects as directed by Lead Designer

Assist Lead Designer during model review

Undertake site visits to conduct and\or manage survey works

Key Competencies & Requirements

7+ years experience in Oil & Gas

Plant 3D modelling & Plant 3D Isometrics

Brownfields experience (desirable)

Consistently produces accurate and high-quality drafting work, with attention to detail in designs and documentation.

Manages daily tasks efficiently, delivering work within agreed-upon timelines.

Works well with team members, and communicates effectively with both internal teams (Engineering, Design) and clients.
