The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

Pindara Private Hospital is a leading acute medical, surgical, and maternity facility on the northern Gold Coast. With over 50 years of healthcare excellence, we are proud to deliver world-class services to our growing community.

Our General Surgery Ward provides diverse post-operative care, including general and bariatric surgery, neurosurgical, vascular and breast surgery. This role is ideally suited to a nurse with experience in general medical and neurosurgical care, offering the chance to broaden skills across a variety of surgical specialties.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our highly skilled neurosurgical team, you will:

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care in a post-operative surgical setting.
• Monitor and assess patients throughout their recovery, responding to clinical changes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to maintaining a supportive and inclusive team culture.

Skills and Experience

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Acute medical and surgical nursing experience essential; neurosurgical experience highly regarded.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ post-graduate nursing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.

Remuneration: On offer is base rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8).

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
