Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator who thrives in nature-based learning and values strong community connections?
We’re looking for a warm, creative, and dedicated Lead Educator to join our close-knit team and lead our outdoor program at the heart of our vibrant bayside community.

About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you’ll guide and inspire young learners aged 2 to 4 years through a play-based curriculum that encourages curiosity, creativity, and connection with the natural world. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team to deliver high-quality learning experiences and build strong relationships with children and families.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and implement engaging, child-centred programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Champion our outdoor learning program, fostering exploration and discovery
• Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning journeys
• Build meaningful relationships with families and the wider community
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• A genuine passion for early years education and outdoor learning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification
