Join Our Team as a Part-Time Lifestyle Assistant – Palm Lake Care Bargara
Shifts available between Monday to Sunday, 10.00am to 6.00pm with some 8am to 4pm shifts

We're seeking two Part-Time Lifestyle Assistants to join our vibrant Bargara Aged Care Community team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Clinical Manager and Lifestyle Team Leader to deliver a diverse range of individual and group activities that enrich the lives of our residents. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, focused on continual improvement and resident wellbeing. Above all, your work will promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for those in our care.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a similar role

Enthusiasm and creativity to enrich the lives of our residents

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A compassionate approach and empathy for older people and their families

Understanding of the AN-ACC framework

Familiarity with Autumn Care (highly regarded)

Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly regarded)
