About the Role:

As the Manager of Intensive Case Management Services, you will lead a dynamic team committed to delivering evidence-based, innovative and impactful support to students and their families. You'll be the driving force behind quality service delivery, workforce capability, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Include:

In this influential role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality case management services.
  • Drive innovation in practice, process and governance, ensuring alignment with policy and departmental goals.
  • Oversee complex caseloads and guide triage, planning and reporting to meet key priorities and timeframes.
  • Build capacity through effective recruitment, workforce planning, training and performance management.
  • Directly support critical cases, and resolve escalated matters with care and expertise.
  • Strengthen collaboration with schools, government and non-government agencies to create pathways and solutions for vulnerable students.
  • Lead regional initiatives, forums and engagement strategies that influence systems and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policy and information management standards.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven leadership experience, with a passion for developing people and high-performing teams.
  • A strong background in case management, care coordination and working with children, young people and families.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and cross-agency collaboration.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex systems with empathy and integrity.
