We’re hiring School Photographers to join our energetic team for the 2026 season. Training will be provided in 2025. If you love working with people, have a flair for photography, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Our School Photography branch located in NSW is focused on providing excellent service along with exceptional quality in our work.

What You'll Be Doing

Photographing students and staff at schools across NSW (portrait and group photos)

Early starts with early finishes — Sunday to Friday availability required

Travel throughout the state, including overnight stays (fully compensated)

Providing outstanding customer service and building rapport with school communities

Handling digital administrative tasks and maintaining workflow accuracy

What We're Looking For

Previous photography and customer service experience (school photography highly regarded and would ensure an interview). Confidentiality assured.

You are a highly skilled and passionate/experienced photographer, looking to further your career within the school photography industry

You have a friendly and energetic personality. You enjoy working with children and are passionate about creating an enjoyable experience and photographs that capture the school years from early learning to graduation.

Confident communicator — great with kids, parents, and school staff

Reliable, organised, and able to work to a schedule

Quick learner with attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Team player who takes direction well and contributes positively

Basic computer skills and administration capability

You hold a current Working with Children Check (Employee Status) or have the ability to obtain WWCC in NSW

You have a current Driver’s licence
