- ROLE CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the FMCG industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress to management.
Profile
A successful BDM should have:
- Proven experience in sales within the FMCG industry (Food Service)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- The ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs within FMCG.
