About the role

RPQ Group is seeking a project engineer for asphalt and spray seal contracts across our Mackay business.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering qualifications or similar discipline but industry specific experience is highly regarded.

Applicant must be safety orientated and with a proven ability to liaise and negotiate with customers to ensure a suitable outcome for all parties

Excellent communication skills and proven leadership qualities with the drive to develop client relationships

Sound project management skills

Must be able to work as part of a team and autonomously, excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
