We are currently seeking Float Shift Support Workers who are adaptable, reliable, and ready to work across various locations in the Perth Metro Area.
This is a unique opportunity to enjoy the stability of a part-time contract while supporting customers in different homes and communities, covering absences and responding to changing needs.

- Thursday & Friday - 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Morley Area 2
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Wanneroo Area
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Greenwood Area
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Cannington Area
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Please Note: These roles require full commitment to the listed days and times. Applicants must be available for all scheduled shifts in their preferred location(s). Partial availability (e.g. selecting only certain days) cannot be accommodated for these positions.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker in a Float Shift role, you will support customers across various homes and communities within your region. You will help cover short-term absences and respond to changing support needs, ensuring continuity of care and engagement for our customers.
You will:
- Provide active support to maximise customer engagement in daily life.
- Promote community inclusion through appointments, activities, and social connections.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as cleaning, cooking, shopping, and personal administration.
- Support personal care needs including bathing, grooming, toileting and hoisting.
- Complete shift notes, incident reports, and advocate for customer well-being.
This role offers variety and flexibility, with consistent morning shifts and the opportunity to work in different locations. Our scheduling and coordination teams will support you to ensure smooth transitions and clear communication.
Availability Requirements
Applicants must be available for the listed shift times in their preferred location(s).
About You
You are a flexible and reliable team player who thrives in dynamic environments. You are comfortable with both residential and community-based support, and can adapt quickly to new settings.
You will bring:
- Certificate III or IV in a caring discipline (highly desirable).
- Willingness to travel within a 30-minute radius across the Perth Metro Area.
- Ability to drive our wheelchair accessible vans.
- Strong communication and person-centred care skills.
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
- Driver's Licence.
- NDIS Workers Screening (or willing to obtain).
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (or willing to obtain).
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum 2x doses)
- Australian Working Rights.
