Job Description: We’re looking for caring and friendly support workers to provide meaningful support and companionship for our participants.

Ideal candidates will have fluent English-speaking skills to ensure clear and effective communication with our client.

Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities

Support individuals in developing and maintaining social connections within the community

Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their independence and self-confidence

Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and activities

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans

Qualifications/skills/experiences:

Previous experience in a similar role

First Aid/CPR certification

NDIS worker screening is essential

Police check

Valid unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of NDIS safeguarding principles and best practices

Enthusiastic about supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, intellectual disability, and/or mental health needs
