The Hedge Whisperer is a family-run business based in Perth, Western Australia.

The Hedge Whisperer provide professional gardening, maintenance, and planting services for a range of residential and commercial properties across the Perth metropolitan area.

The Hedge Whisperer team is committed to using plants that beautify gardens and protect the natural environment, while ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority.

What We Do

We plant gardens that are low maintenance for busy people

We maintain, tidy, and plant gardens to create special spaces

We offer mulching, pruning, hedging, mowing, pest control, soil amendment, green waste removal, and consultation services

We are qualified and certified gardeners

We don't use unnecessary chemicals that may harm wildlife, pets, or the environment

We promote sustainability and are water-wise

We care - about our clients; our environment; and our wildlife

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

Minimum of 1-year experience in garden maintenance, hedging, whippersnipping, mowing, or power tool use - essential

Must be tidy, efficient, hardworking, reliable & trustworthy

Must have own reliable vehicle (ute, van or 4WD with tow ball preferred)

WA driver's licence

Ability to tow and reverse a trailer

Able to work independently, and as part of our great team

Be able to interact politely and professionally with our clients

Plant knowledge, small tree pruning, and common garden pest and disease knowledge, would be an advantage

What You Can Expect

Competitive hourly rates based on experience

30-40 hours per week

Uniform allowance upon successful completion of probation period
