👷 Availability:

You’ll need to be available between 6am–4pm Monday to Friday, but actual hours worked will vary depending on the day's schedule, weather, and job type. Some days might be shorter, others longer — we value flexibility and reward reliability.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

Solid horticulture knowledge and a sharp eye for detail

Strong garden maintenance skills — you’re confident with gear like mowers, edgers, hedgers, and line trimmers. You use them safely and efficiently, with respect for both the tools and the job site.

Comfortable working solo and leading small projects

Basic irrigation installation, diagnosis, and repair

Reliable driver's licence

Excellent communication with both clients and teammates

You take pride in delivering truly excellent work

You follow systems, respect structure, and aim to improve

No smoking on the job, no heavy drinking, no drama

Bonus points for landscaping install experience (screeding, irrigation)

While most of your time will be spent on the tools doing what you love — gardening, landscaping, and making outdoor spaces look amazing — this is a professional role. That means:

Keeping your tools clean and serviced

Helping keep the vehicles, shed, and sites tidy and organised

Scanning receipts and tracking materials

Helping manage and restock inventory

Following simple admin systems (e.g. photos, notes, checklists)

We’re building a high-performance team — and that means taking pride in the little things, not just the finished product.
