THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and organisational vision in alignment with the centre’s mission and values.
The delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and overseeing financial and administrative functions.
Collaborating with the Board of Directors, healthcare professionals, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring financial sustainability, build community and donor relationships and leading a passionate team dedicated to social impact.
YOU NEED:
Formal qualifications in healthcare administration, business administration, public health or a related field
Senior management experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting (preferred within a non-profit or mission-driven organisation)
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and healthcare best practices
Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
Strong track record in fundraising, partnership development, and financial management
Experience in mental health and/or rehabilitation services
Fundraising and grant writing experience
Familiarity with non-profit legal tax and regulatory environment
