The Job
- Prospect, list, negotiate and sell properties
- Arrange and conducting market appraisals
- Attend private appointments and open homes
- Respond to buyer inquiries and qualifying buyers
- Manage the sale process from listing, exchange to settlement
- Provide feedback to vendors and buyer follow-up
- Advertise and promote yourself to the community

The Person
- Experience preferred
- Real Estate License a must
- Love the Real Estate industry, property, and people
- Well-presented, confident, and excellent people skills
- Have strong desire to succeed with 100% commitment
