The Role

We are currently looking to employ fulltime suitably skilled EFM’s to join our teams at the following locations:

· Lancaster Solar Farm (Substation Build) – Lancaster Vic

· Toowoomba –

o HV / LV / URD – multiple projects

o Light Industrial processing facility

You will be working with our highly skilled team to provide:

· Industrial electrical installation, fault finding and maintenance

· Electrical shutdowns

· Overhead and Underground Network Maintenance and Construction

· Substation Construction and Maintenance

· HV apparatus installation and cable jointing

· Commercial Solar Construction and Maintenance

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will:

· Support project planning and scheduling in collaboration with the Project Managers

· Ensure that project safety and progress meet our high standards

· Complete works to required safety and quality benchmarks

· Be prepared for travel (FIFO/DIDO) as required for projects across QLD, NSW and VIC

· Foster strong working relationships and contribute to a positive team culture

· Offer technical insight, suggest design improvements, and support cost optimisation

· Access to AS Standards at your fingertips

· Demonstrate exceptional time management and collaborative leadership skills.

What You’ll Need

· QLD Electrical Licence

· QLD Drivers Licence (HR desirable)

· CPR/LVR (current)

· Construction Industry White Card

· Proven experience in a similar role

· Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings

· Strong safety mindset and work ethic

· Sound communication and computer literacy

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

· HV Switching Ticket

· HV Cable Termination Experience

· High Risk Work Licence (WP, LF, DG)
