About the Role:

Join our dynamic and collaborative development team as a Junior Software Engineer! You'll be part of an innovative environment where you'll work on exciting projects in the weighing and process instrumentation engineering fields. In this role, you'll dive into the full software development lifecycle, from coding and debugging to documentation and testing. You'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

· Delivery of design (coding, debugging, documentation, unit tests, integration, testing, and verification);

· Support full-stack development (front-end and back-end) across business systems, including both on-premises and cloud-based applications.

· Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues across the application stack

· Participation in Continuous Improvement Initiatives as needed to ensure the group stays abreast of best practices in software engineering.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the broader NWI Group team.

What We’re Looking For:

· Educational Background: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

· Experience: 0–2 years of experience in software development, including internships or project work.

· Technical Skills: Exposure to modern tech stack C#/.NET, .NET MAUI for mobile development, Angular or JavaScript, SQL, GraphQL, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft PowerBI.

· Development Practices: Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.

· Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, meeting estimated deadlines, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
