Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Clinic

Helping identify patients needs through enhanced primary care (Care plans/Health Assessments).

Triaging patients

Patient Recalls / liaise with doctors about results and follow up

Immunisation (including childhood and travel immunisation)

ECG and Spirometry

Wound management

Assist with minor procedures

Ensure clinic is maintained to RACGP accreditation standard

Previous experience in general practice setting, preferable (but not essential)

Demonstrated clinical competency

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a close knit, busy environment & always seeking the best care for our patients

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hardworking, knowledgeable, and adaptable with excellent time management skills

Most of all, would like to work with a small team and be valued clinically.

You will notice this is a patient care and clinically skewed role, which we will actively seek to develop further with your specific interests (ANC/ women’s health/pap smears/primary health care education )
