A nurse with clinical smarts, great instincts, and a personality that lights up a room. You’re compassionate, energetic, and love working in a way that’s warm, genuine, and truly people-first.

Your superpowers include:

Leadership ambition, looking for a nurse who has leadership qualities/experience and is ready to let them shine.

Hands on role leading whilst working along side the team

Willing to train the right person who aligns with Esprit de Vie values

Experience in aged care, Home Care Packages and Case Management

Clinical expertise paired with empathy and humor

Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills

A flexible, positive, solutions-focused mindset

You know when to get serious—and when it’s time for a laugh or a group stretch

You’ll bring your clinical A-game—think wound care, continence care, behavior support, and end-of-life care—with the confidence to collaborate with GPs, specialists, and your all-star team. Got your AHPRA registration (RN), experience with high-care and dementia, and a solid handle on care planning? Great. A Police Check and up-to-date Flu vaccination? Even better. We’re building something different, and you’re the kind of nurse who’s ready to lead the charge.
