About Us

We are an award-winning boutique change consultancy based in Canberra. We work with Executives who are eager to drive change, supporting them solve their most complex and high impact problems. Our vision is to be the best in town and the one-stop-shop in change consulting.

We are a small but passionate, friendly and supportive team who offers competitive pay and unique benefits like a generous annual professional development allocation, Birthday Leave and Yellow Hat Days (on top of your normal annual leave). Also enjoy team celebrations, regular recognition and annual reimbursements to support your well-being.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will be at the heart of our client work - bridging ideas and insights into clear, actionable plans. Working across government and private sector projects as well as supporting our broader team of contractors and consultants, you will manage and track detailed work plans, coordinate team tasks, and help produce polished client deliverables like reports, strategy documents, and presentation decks. You support workshops, research, and analysis while helping ensure execution remains structured and efficient.

This hands-on role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and loves contributing to tangible outcomes. You will build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues while driving project momentum, anticipating next steps, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The role can be part-time or full-time (minimum three days per week). We support hybrid working – with a requirement for at least two days in our Canberra City office or on client site. The full time equivalent base salary for the role is $80-130k per annum plus superannuation – depending on your skills and experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Degree level Tertiary Qualifications (ideally in business, communications, organisational psychology, strategy or similar)

2-5 years’ experience in a similar role (consulting, project administration/management) within business advisory, management consulting, or professional services

Proven experience in developing, managing, and tracking work plans

Demonstrated experience in writing detailed, clear client ready reports

Understanding of government operations or experience working with public sector clients (Australian Government preferred)

Baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain one)

Our Guiding Principles
