What will you be doing?
You'll lead the opening and ongoing success of the new store, shaping team culture and delivering exceptional service in a lifestyle-focused environment. Your role will blend retail leadership, community engagement, and brand stewardship.

You will:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
* Create a welcoming, inspiring store atmosphere aligned to brand values
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences with a consultative approach
* Manage store operations including stock, merchandising, and reporting
* Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs with integrity
* Collaborate with leadership to grow the local customer community
