Pallara Childcare is a family owned and operated Established Centre and is seeking highly motivated, passionate and enthusiastic Certificate III and Diploma qualified educators to join our team.

We currently have positions open for :

Group Leaders and Assistant Educators with a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or studying towards a relevant Early Childhood Qualification. Experience as a lead educator will be highly considered.

Casual educators: Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or studying towards a relevant Early Childhood Qualification.

What your day will look like:

Provide education and care for Children between the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years.

Lead the preparation of materials and equipment to support children’s learning and development

Provide experiences to support children’s play and learning

Develop positive and respectful relationships with children

Ensure the health and safety of children

Support and supervise the daily routines of children

Support the inclusion of all children

Support children to develop cooperative behaviour

There are a few things we need from you:

A genuine interest in the education and care for children.

Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or hold a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Valid Blue Card (paid employee) OR be willing to obtain one.

First Aid Certificate OR be willing to obtain PRIOR to commencement of employment.

National Police Check OR be willing to obtain PRIOR to commencement of employment.

Be available to work a minimum of 37.5 hours a week on a rotating roster.
