Bullinah Aboriginal Health Service, a trusted Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation located in stunning Ballina (NSW North Coast), is seeking a qualified and culturally committed Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team.

You will provide culturally safe, client-centred Occupational Therapy services across the lifespan – from children to older adults – with a focus on wellness, function and meaningful participation.

What You’ll Do

Deliver evidence-based OT assessments and interventions to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients in-clinic, via outreach and telehealth.

Collaborate with families, carers, support workers, and allied health teams.

Support NDIS participants with functional capacity assessments and care plans.

Engage in community outreach across Cabbage Tree Island and surrounding communities.

What You’ll Need

Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.

At least 2 years’ experience delivering OT services to adults and children.

Understanding of NDIS frameworks and Medicare-funded therapy.

A genuine commitment to Aboriginal health.

NSW Driver’s Licence, Police Check, Working With Children Check, First Aid/CPR.
